Normally this is because you have not set up an owner name or you have a space after your owner name. Please correct it.

It could also be that you gave Handango, Pocketgear, etc. your owner name wrong, like with a space. If you would like to set it up, please read after that section.

Another thing could be, that you are trying to use an older key for a newer product. E.g.: Mobile Electronic Suite 2005 key for Mobile Electronic Suite 2008.
