We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.

All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.

If you find a bug in our software, you can report it in the bug tracker and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

We do a refund if:

  • The software is not compatible with the device.
  • The software would not install on the device.
  • We fail to provide support within 3 business days timeframe.
  • The software has been proven defective by us. 

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You just change your mind

  • You choose not to use our product

  • Software that is no longer compatible with your device due to a device replacement.

  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We have live demos available for you before purchasing)

  • Promotion code discounts not entered during the purchase process.

  • Application purchases occurring more than 30 days prior to Sellit Hungary's Support Care’s receipt of your initial request regarding such application.  
However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and every configuration it may encounter on other devices, especially with using with 3rd party software. Therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running on your device in the first 30 days after purchasing the software then please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work on your device.

If we fail to achieve this we will happily give you a refund or exchange the product for a new product. You will need to provide us with all information needed in order for us to debug and install the software, if you cant give us this access then we will not be able to give you a refund.

Please note that a refund request does not guarantee a refund.  Sellit Hungary's BT. Customer Care will make every reasonable attempt to resolve your request in accordance with this policy before any refund request is considered.

All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.  By receipt of a refund, the purchaser agrees to remove and delete the software, all of its components, any registration codes, and fully downloaded versions from the device and/or computer.  All refunds are final and shall serve as the sole remedy for any claims relating to the purchase, download, use or inability to use the Sellit Hungary's BT. software application(s), unless such limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.

In a few jurisdictions, certain terms of this Refund Policy may not be applicable.  In such instances, Sellit Hungary BT. reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy as necessary to comply with applicable laws and/or regulations.

Sellit Hungary BT. (Ltd.) complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Sellit Hungary BT. (Ltd.) is a legally registered limited company in Hungary. Our company registration number is 15-06-093175.

Sellit Hungary BT. (Ltd.) is registered with the Hungarian Information Commissioner under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1997 CXLV. tv. 16. § (1), so you rest easy knowing we take custom privacy seriously.
