alternate function logic

Hey guys,

i'm new at "my Home". But i still have some Ideas to improve the functunallity!

• customizable Communication Panels: you can select wich Text-Messages you want to see(SMS/which Emailaccount/etc.)
• Appointments Panels: it would be better to see the next few appointments(like on Todayscreen) not just one! and you can switch between like you do it now between apointment and tasks
• Perhaps there is one Panel for Tasks and one for Appointments
• Settings Panel: it would be better to have an "Profile Panel" where you cancge the Profile while switching from left to right
• The same goes for the Task-Manager(an own Panel would be awesome!)
• The Media-Bar should be an colapseable Panel like the others and has to be customizable to fill it with my own apps And then switch between them like in the Appointment Panel.
• the Startbutton in the middle bottom could open an own Startmenü which looks like the LockScreen
  

so, i hope i'll get some answers and if i can help, i will be there to do it!really!

and welcome to the community. Thank you for your ideas to improve MyHome!

Here are some q&a:

- customize to jump directly into the account set? if so: this is already possible to set in MyHome through the click events

- the next points could be compared with the windows mobile 6.5 interface - we will try to implement such functionality and especially more customizable panel layout (order of the panels and to add additional panels)

- good idea for the start menu, but is it an important function? basically everything in windows mobile could get an overlay with a custom ui but most devices (with WM5, WM6 and some 6.1) have not enough RAM ... MyHome would grow in memory size .... we will see what will come here ;-)

thanks for the questions...

- i want to customize email-panel like this:

first column: text-messages
second column: emailaccount 1
third column: emailaccount 2
fourth column: emailaccount 3
etc.

because i want to know how many mails did i receive to what account. and this should be customizable to show. I know that i can edit the click-event, but i dind't get the right command to jump into the pop3-account.

- i'm looking forward in the future of this

- i think it could be customizable which function will be called at the centerbutton. i've got an Sony Ericsson X1 and think it has enough RAM.

so, perhaps i can become your new "Beta-Tester" :-)
